Doug Binford
Vice President - Warehouse Operations
Doug Binford brings 28 years of management experience across various service industries, including 15 years in warehouse and transportation management, to his role as Millard's Vice President - Warehouse Operations.
A holder of a bachelor's degree in business administration, Binford has augmented his education and experience with training in Lean Six Sigma, as well as a variety of management and corporate management training programs.
He is a member of IARW, GCCA and WFLO.
Outside the professional field, Doug enjoys water sports, fishing and golf.

Bryan Meyer
Vice President - Transportation
Bryan Meyer is a seasoned pro at designing and implementing distribution networks to serve multi-facility, nationwide operations. With more than two decades of varied experience in the field, Bryan has developed various operational execution teams responsible for load planning and dispatch operations – all dedicated to filling the needs of an evolving production facility and distribution network.
Bryan also understands the inside of the operation scene, having handled production management and quality assurance in beef operations before moving into logistics, where he has been responsible for such varied tasks as capacity procurement, pricing, and contracts for meats, poultry, dry and grocery operations.
Bryan has continually learned from his experience in the industry, and has pursued extensive continuous education throughout his career.
In his leisure time, Bryan is an avid hunter and outdoorsman.

Leah Culver
Director of Re-Distribution Administration/Customer Service
Leah Culver is a 25-year veteran of the warehouse and distribution industry, with an extensive background in customer service. She served with Hewlett-Packard and Hughes Technical Services before joining Millard, and is one of the original Millard Six-Sigma Black Belts.
She consistently focuses on excellence and improvement in leading the re-distribution division.
Leah received a bachelor of science in business administration from Franklin University.
In her personal time, Leah enjoys traveling to sites of historical interest, listening to jazz, sewing, flower gardening and spoiling her grandchildren.

Gary Lombardi
Regional Vice President
Gary Lombardi, Millard's regional vice president of operations and sales, has more than three decades' experience in retail grocery distribution, food service distribution and public warehousing experience.
He has a bachelor of arts degree from Rutgers University in Newark, New Jersey, and is a member of NOTEC.
Outside the professional environment, Gary enjoys playing golf.

Michael McTier
Regional Vice President
Michael McTier has an exceptional and diverse background to bolster his role as Millard's regional vice president for the East Region.
Prior to joining Millard in 2001, Michael spent 12 years in the broadline food service industry, serving with PYA Monarch and Alliant Foodservice. For these companies, Michael handled all aspects of the warehouse, as well as transportation management positions.
Michael has a bachelor of arts in accounting, and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
Beyond his career, Michael enjoys sports and spending time with his family.

Bill Woods
Regional Vice President
Bill Woods is one of the most seasoned operations leaders in our industry, with more than 25 years' management experience in the refrigerated distribution business.
A graduate of Missouri Southern University in business administration, Bill is certified in Six Sigma, and has completed the three-year course offered by the Refrigerated Research Foundation in Refrigerated Warehousing.
In addition to his work in the temperature-controlled warehouse and distribution industry, Bill also has served the community of Texarkana, Texas as a mediator between physicians and workman's compensation carriers.
In his off-duty hours, Bill is fond of playing golf, doing yard work and spending time with his grandchildren.
