In his role as President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Larsen provides strategic direction and guidance to the company’s executive team. He formally joined Millard in 2000, a company founded by his father, after completing his Bachelor’s degree in business from Southern Methodist University.  Beyond his stewardship role of our company, he leads our continuous innovation and customer centric processes ensuring Millard remains in an industry leadership position.

Mr. Vinchur began his career in public accounting and subsequently worked as an investment banker, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and private placements. He has an undergraduate degree in accounting from Georgetown University and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University.

Prior to coming to Millard, he was a partner at the Omaha, Nebraska law firm of Marks & Clare, practicing law for twelve years, and specializing in the areas of real estate, business, employment, corporate and commercial law. While at the firm, Mr. Offner represented a number of Omaha businesses, including Millard.

Prior to his employment at Marks & Clare, he served as a Judge Advocate General in the United States Air Force. Mr. Offner graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln with a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Nebraska School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Nebraska and the U.S. Federal Courts.

He is a principle-based leader with 19 years of results-driven supply chain/growth expertise.

Prior to joining Millard, Mr. Fischetto had progressive leadership positions in supply chain management, business development and continuous improvement with Nabisco Biscuit Company and ConAgra Foods. He has an undergraduate degree in Business Management as well as an MBA in Business Administration.

Sean's previous experience includes Executive VP of Human Resources at MV Transportation, a leading provider of bus and transit services in North America.  Mr. Kimble began his career in operations and then moved to the Human Resources function where he has enjoyed a 20 year career in various Human Resources positions.  His expertise includes training, employee and labor relations and human resources strategy.  He has an undergraduate degree in business from California State University, Sacramento, an MBA from Saint Mary's College of California, and has completed post-graduate studies at the University of Michigan.

Tim is an accomplished sales and business development executive with 20 years of experience in consumer packaged goods, food service, fresh produce, beverage and retail.  He has previous experience as Vice President of Sales with CHEP, the global leader in equipment pooling, and with The Hershey Company.  Tim has expertise in developing strategic initiatives to open new markets and expand business relationships in existing markets.  He has an MBA from Stetson University, Deland FL and a Bachelor of Arts from St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY.  Tim is married with three children.
