Because we have built our network through steady growth, rather than through acquisitions, we are not saddled with multiple warehouse management systems, different-looking documents and other remnants of a patched-together network. Our single, proprietary system offers the same look, feel and function in every Millard facility.
And consistency within Millard is not limited to management information systems (MIS). We also provide consistency in building look, structure and layout – because all Millard buildings are built by our own construction company.
Finally, Millard is consistent in its use of standard best practices, because we employ the same systems and strong training programs in throughout our network. For our customers, this means that regardless of which Millard facility they utilize, or how many, the process and language used will be the same – resulting in a world-class product and performance.
